I have stayed in several five-star hotels in Cairo before, but this time was the most comfortable and enjoyable. The room is spacious, luxuriously furnished. The room service was exceptional, and provided water, coffee, and tea generously. The reception staff are polite. The thing that caught my attention most was the many table and floor lights in the room, so I can set different lighting. I only have a few comments for improvements. The room is large, has a huge window with curtains and a massive bed, so for consistency, I think the TV needs to be larger, but the current one is not bad. The office chair is made of the same wood as the room furniture and looks royal, but I prefer movable office chairs because I work remotely and sit for long. Finally, but importantly, better to provide electrical sockets with USB ports so guests can charge all of their devices at once, such as mobiles, laptop, toothbrushes, portable chargers etc. Very recommended, and I found my place in Cairo!

They initially offered me a room that was really not that excellent because the room door started shaking anytime any guest opened or closed his room doors at the corridor and noise of the other room like they set at mine. As I approached the reception desk, a gentleman named Mr. Ahmed approached me and inquired what the problem was. I told him about the noise and door concerns. He told me to go back to your room and inform him about the problem. Fortunately, after approximately 10 minutes, Mr. Ahmed phoned me and said that the night manager, Mr. Wael, and he apologised for what happened and that they replaced my room, which was amazing and exceeded my expectations.

The location is amazing Its a really nice neighborhood around it Naser city in general is beautiful and close to everything a traveler would like to go to . The stuff are really nice and helpful The place is really clean and thats so important Some stuff are just old in the hotel , like door handels and closets but thats a minor issue. For a traveler it gets really hard to try to figure out if the place around the hotel is safe or not and , i can guarantee naser city and the atmosphere around the hotel is safe and good , i don’t advise going out on a walk alone in the mid night but ubers are safe if you wanna move at night time ( ex 2:00 am)

This is our favourite stay so far on a trip!! The hotel had arranged someone to pick us up from the airport. He helped us with getting a visa, bags everything! The hotel it’s self was amazing, so many things to see and do. Great gym and pool! We really enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant too. The hotel organised a driver for us for everyday we were there and a tour guide. This is a must!! Our driver was amazing, always on time. He even made sure the car smelt nice when we were in it with Egyptian perfume. Room was lovely, bathroom was beautiful and the beds super comfy!!

For a 4-day & 3-night stay, it was a nice experience for my family. They provided us with cleanliness, most especially when we checked out from time to time and everything in our toilet gets refilled. Justifiable price for a 4-day stay. Great services especially the ones who worked during the breakfast buffet, as well as the airport shuttle (who helped us all through the way from immigration check-in, carrying all of our bags, and currency change). I also like the theme of the hotel, if I'm correct it's more of a greek/roman vintage-inspired design.
